Providing flexible capital to facilitate buyouts,
recapitalizations and growth investments in
lower middle market companies.
Invision Capital, is a middle market private equity firm providing “Flexible Capital” to facilitate buyouts, recapitalizations and growth investments in manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Invision Capital seeks to invest between $2 million and $50 million per investment. Targeted companies generally have less than $300 million in revenue and under $30 million in EBITDA.
Invision Capital’s “Flexible Capital” strategy allows us to invest across a broad spectrum of capital needs depending on where a business is in its life cycle. Invision Capital can structure its capital as senior debt, mezzanine debt or equity. Invision Capital can provide varying types of follow-on capital to meet the changing needs of the business. Our strategy allows us to grow with our partner companies even as their capital needs change, eliminating management’s need to change from one capital provider to another.
The Invision Capital team brings over 80 years of private equity investing and operating experience. Our blend of experience makes us a better partner as the firm’s principals have held both finance and operating positions and as such understand the challenges associated with running a business. We seek to offer a value to our management partners in the form of providing sophisticated analytical support, a resource typically not resident in middle market organizations.
