Tom Castillo joined Invision Capital in 2025 and currently serves as an Analyst, applying analytical and strategic insights to support investment decision-making. Mr. Castillo works closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to deliver actionable recommendations that drive value for the firm and its portfolio companies.
Mr. Castillo began his career with two years of internship experience at Invision Capital, developing expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic project support.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Enterprise Leadership from the University of Iowa.
