Jon Swanson joined Invision Capital in 2022 and brings over 20 years of financial experience to the firm. Jon serves as Principal with a primary focus on sourcing, evaluating and structuring new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Invision, Jon was a Group Senior Vice President at Wintrust Financial, a Chicago-based lender, where he spent over 17 years focused on new business development in the commercial middle market and merger and acquisition space. In addition to new business development, Mr. Swanson has also served as an advisor to several middle market companies.
 

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern Illinois University.
