Our Team

Michael Minogue brings over 15 years of lower middle market banking and operating experience to Invision Capital.  Mr. Minogue joined Invision in 2022 and oversees the firm’s Honolulu office.  He is responsible for executing a variety of financial and operational assessments, process reviews and optimization projects focused on key strategic, growth and operational initiatives within the Invision investment portfolio, with particular emphasis on Invision’s portfolio companies with operations in Hawaii.  Mr. Minogue also performs due diligence in connection with new investment opportunities.  Prior to Invision, Mr. Minogue was a Senior Vice President at American Savings Bank in Honolulu, during which time he was responsible for performing industry research, cash flow loan underwriting, portfolio management, process improvement, and project management across the commercial banking and credit functions.  Prior to American Savings Bank, Mr. Minogue was a Vice President at a family-owned beverage business where he held various operating and financial roles.

Mr. Minogue holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Theory and Economics from Bowdoin College.
